Please note that because of the nature of our products we are unable to offer a refund once the packaging on an item has been opened unless the item is faulty.
You are able to receive a full refund within 60 days of purchase if you no longer wish to keep the item and it is returned unopened. You can find the order number on our original purchase confirmation email (sent from firstname.lastname@example.org).
If a product is faulty, please select ‘item is faulty’ on the form and give as much information as you can on the problem.
If you no longer want to the order we are always happy to accept returns, but due to the obvious hygiene implications with regards to adult goods the following terms have to be met.
* The goods must be unused in any way.
* The goods must be returned to us in original condition & packaging.
* Unfortunately any goods no longer in the heat sealed box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This also applies to any items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened. These are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
* We must get the goods back from you within 30 days of receiving the order.
* Please report and discrepancies or damaged items within 36 hours of being delivered.
